From the 'Member Center', you can:
- Join the Cook County Farm Bureau
- Renew Membership Dues online
- Print current Membership cards
- Manage Dependents
- Change/update address information
If you renewed online during the 2013-2014 membership year, please log in using the username and password that you created.
If you did NOT renew online during the 2013-2014 membership year, you will need to click on 'Create an Account' under NEW USER. You will then select '016' from the drop down box and enter your FB # that is located on your membership card. Create a unique username and password and click on 'Register'.
